Requirements Experience: Proven experience as a Colorist in the film, television, or digital media industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing your color grading work. Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard color grading software such as DaVinci Resolve with a deep understanding of color theory and grading techniques. Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to interpret and enhance the visual style of a project through color grading, while also maintaining consistency with the overall narrative and aesthetic. Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and precision in color grading, with the ability to identify subtle nuances in color and tone and make precise adjustments accordingly.
