Collections Supervisor

Job Title: Collection Manager Job Description: We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Collection Manager to oversee the debt recovery process and manage a team of collection executives. The Collection Manager will be responsible for ensuring timely collections, reducing delinquency rates, and maintaining healthy customer relationships while enforcing credit policies. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the collection team to achieve monthly recovery targets Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments from customers or clients Develop and implement collection strategies to reduce defaults and bad debts Visit customers or coordinate with field executives for recovery as needed Maintain accurate records of interactions, collections, and payment statuses Handle escalations and resolve disputes or issues related to payments Ensure compliance with company policies and legal/regulatory guidelines Prepare and submit regular reports on collection status and performance metrics Coordinate with finance and sales departments to align collection efforts Train and guide team members to improve effectiveness and professionalism
