Job Title: Collection Manager Job Description: We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Collection Manager to oversee the debt recovery process and manage a team of collection executives. The Collection Manager will be responsible for ensuring timely collections, reducing delinquency rates, and maintaining healthy customer relationships while enforcing credit policies. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the collection team to achieve monthly recovery targets Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments from customers or clients Develop and implement collection strategies to reduce defaults and bad debts Visit customers or coordinate with field executives for recovery as needed Maintain accurate records of interactions, collections, and payment statuses Handle escalations and resolve disputes or issues related to payments Ensure compliance with company policies and legal/regulatory guidelines Prepare and submit regular reports on collection status and performance metrics Coordinate with finance and sales departments to align collection efforts Train and guide team members to improve effectiveness and professionalism

The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers to remind them about their EMI dues, assisting them with payment information, and resolving any related queries. You must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients. Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries, and provide information. Requirements: Proven experience as a EMI Collection Tele caller , telemarketer, or similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in [Languages required, e.g., English, Hindi, Bengali. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education will be a plus. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, DRA Certificate)
