Job Description

1. Collections & Recoveries

Handle recoveries for insured clients and collections for uninsured clients.
Manage both first-party and third-party collections.
Contact debtors through calls/emails to recover outstanding dues.
Execute structured follow-up processes, reminder calls, and escalation steps.
Improve recovery timelines and overall collection efficiency.

2. Case & Portfolio Management

Manage a portfolio of B2B debtors with timely tracking and actions.
Maintain day-to-day communication with clients, debtors, and third parties.
Prepare case summaries for potential legal action.
Coordinate with external agencies, debt collectors, legal teams, and administrators.

3. Client Relationship & Reporting

Serve as the first point of contact for domestic clients.
Share regular case updates, weekly/monthly reports, and resolve queries.
Investigate and respond to both standard and complex customer issues.
Strengthen customer relationships with proactive communication.

4. Legal & Compliance

Assess the cost-effectiveness of legal actions before initiating.
Maintain case documentation for legal escalation.
Handle trust accounts and trust reconciliation (if applicable).
Keep accurate records in line with regulatory requirements.

5. Internal Collaboration & Projects

Work closely with internal teams for case reviews and operational updates.
Participate in internal projects by sharing domain and technical expertise.

Experience

2 - 5 years of experience in
B2B third-party collections, recoveries, credit insurance
, or legal collections.
Experience in debtor/creditor law and handling legal cases is preferred.
Prior experience in managing collection agency books and trust accounts is an advantage.
Experience working under regulated collection laws is a plus
