Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collections Officer located in Bareilly. The Collections Officer will be responsible for managing and overseeing the debt collection process. Day-to-day tasks include contacting customers to collect overdue payments, negotiating payment plans, maintaining and updating customer records, and providing superior customer service to address any concerns. The role also involves analyzing financial information to assess the ability of customers to repay debts.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Debt Collection and Finance
Strong Analytical Skills
Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Understanding of financial regulations and compliance
Prior experience in the finance or housing finance sector is a plus
Bachelor&aposs degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
