Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Manager located in Siliguri. The Collections Manager will be responsible for overseeing the collections process, managing and guiding a team of collection agents, developing and implementing strategies to improve collection rates, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves maintaining relationships with customers, negotiating repayment plans, and resolving potential issues or disputes.
