Collections Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing staff members and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing of customers. Your role will involve creating and implementing a strategy to improve the collection of outstanding credit. You will also need to implement collection policies and procedures to avoid excessive outstanding credit and ensure that the company policy on recoveries is followed in compliance with state and federal regulations. It will be your duty to stay informed about any legislative procedural training related to debt collection. Additionally, you will be involved in training and mentoring staff members in the collections department.
