Job Description

Job Title: Collection Executive Location: Wakdewadi, Pune Department: Collections / Recovery Salary: 17,500 + Incentive Key Responsibilities: • Contact customers via phone, email, or field visits to follow up on outstanding payments. • Negotiate repayment plans and ensure timely collection of dues. • Maintain accurate records of interactions and collection status in the system. • Resolve customer queries related to pending payments. • Escalate cases of prolonged defaults to senior management as per policy. • Achieve monthly/quarterly collection targets. • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements during collection activities. • Coordinate with internal departments for account reconciliations. Key Skills Required: • Good communication and negotiation skills. • Strong persuasion and problem-solving abilities. • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel. • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. • Knowledge of local language will be an added advantage. Qualifications & Experience: • Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream. • 0–6 months of experience in collections, telecalling, or recovery roles (Freshers may also apply). • Experience in BFSI, NBFC, or telecom industry preferred.
