We are looking for motivated and target-oriented Collection Executives to handle Bucket 4-5-6 collections . The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to negotiate effectively, and prior experience in collections, preferably in later-stage buckets. THE CANDIDATE MUST KNOW TAMIL OR TELEGU OR KANNAD Responsibilities: Manage collections for delinquent accounts in Bucket 4-5-6 . Contact customers via calls and other communication channels to recover dues. Persuade and negotiate repayment solutions in line with company policies. Maintain proper records of interactions and payments. Escalate complex cases to senior management when required. Ensure compliance with company guidelines and RBI regulations.
