Manage and oversee daily accounting operations (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger). Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings). Handle payroll, expense tracking, and vendor payments. Conduct bank reconciliations and cash flow management. Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits. Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Supervise junior accountants and provide guidance/training.
Production Planning & Control Plan, organize, and control production to meet demand and dispatch schedules. Monitor daily production and ensure adherence to production targets. Optimize resource utilization (manpower, machines, raw materials). Process Management Ensure smooth operation of machinery and equipment. Implement continuous improvement techniques to increase efficiency and reduce wastage. Coordinate with maintenance for preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules. Quality & Compliance Ensure production in line with company’s quality standards (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, etc.). Implement and monitor Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Coordinate with QA/QC teams for product testing and quality checks. Team Management Lead, train, and motivate supervisors, operators, and workers. Allocate manpower shifts effectively. Monitor performance and ensure discipline on the shop floor. Cost & Inventory Control Monitor raw material consumption and reduce production wastage. Ensure optimum use of utilities like power, water, and fuel. Work closely with purchase and stores for raw material planning. Reporting & Coordination Maintain production MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly). Coordinate with logistics for timely dispatches. Report to senior management on production performance and issues.
Key Responsibilities:Collect, analyze, and maintain data from various departments for management reporting. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards. Create and update Excel-based tools, trackers, and automated reports. Coordinate with different teams (Sales, Accounts, HR, Production, etc.) to gather required data. Identify gaps, errors, or inconsistencies in reports and suggest improvements. Support management in strategic planning with accurate data insights. Develop presentations and summaries for leadership review. Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and timely delivery of MIS reports. Maintain historical data records for audit and compliance purposes.
Key Responsibilities:Follow up with customers/clients to ensure timely payment of outstanding dues. Visit customers (if required) to collect cash/cheques/demand drafts. Maintain daily records of collections and update the accounts department. Coordinate with the sales and accounts team for reconciliation of payments. Resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries related to payments. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports of collections and outstanding balances. Escalate chronic defaulters and overdue cases to seniors for further action. Ensure adherence to company credit policies and collection procedures. Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance (QA):Develop, implement, and monitor Quality Management Systems (QMS). Prepare and update SOPs, quality manuals, and documentation. Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, GMP, and other statutory requirements. Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits (regulatory/certification). Manage customer complaints and ensure corrective & preventive actions (CAPA). Quality Control (QC):Inspect and approve raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products. Perform in-process quality checks to ensure adherence to specifications. Maintain laboratory operations – testing of physical, chemical, and microbiological parameters. Ensure calibration and validation of testing equipment. Prepare and maintain inspection reports, COAs (Certificate of Analysis), and lab records. Continuous Improvement:Identify quality gaps and implement process improvements. Train and guide production/operations teams on quality standards. Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and food safety practices are followed across the plant. Drive cost reduction by minimizing rejections, wastages, and quality failures.
