As a remote employee based in the USA, you will work closely with our team to improve our collection strategies and tactics. Roles and Responsibilities: • Develop and implement collection strategies and tactics based on data analysis and insights. - Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new collection processes. Collection Strategy Optimization: Data analytics driven collections optimization Performance Monitoring & Reporting: • • Advanced analytics tools provide real-time insights into the effectiveness of various collection strategies, teams' performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as recovery rates, time to recovery, and operational efficiency. Dashboards can help in tracking progress and making quick adjustments to tactic. Skills Required: • • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field. 5-10 years of experience in collection analytics. - Strong analytical skills and experience working with large data sets. • • • • • Experience with statistical analysis and modeling.
