Qualifications - External

  • Graduate in any discipline (E)
  • Good understanding of contact center dynamics e.g. procedures, processes, agent skills and training, regulatory requirements etc.(E)
  • Good understanding of Collections processes. (E)
  • Experience of preparing various data MIS using key metrics and delivering within short timelines (E)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, e.g. Excel (Vba,Power Query, Power Pivot and Lambda Functions), PowerPoint and Word(E)
  • Evidence of collaboration and communication with other functions of the business. (E)
  • Able to operate effectively in a complex matrix driven environment (E)
  • An understanding of how HSBC organizational structure across business and functions would be beneficial. (E)
  • Ability to work on own initiative and under tight time pressures. (E)
  • Knowledge on SAM updation and GBRT tool. (E)
  • Managing all access requests for Collections team. (E)
  • Produce weekly/monthly MI for back office. (E)
  • Ability to build relationships and work with various teams in Collections.
  • Planning and organization skills dealing with multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure. (E)
