Job Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for talented individuals for Collection Specialists role who are passionate about making a big impact in customer success including physicians primarily based in UK

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, including communication logs, payment arrangements, and amounts paid.
Understand the problem of customers and handle escalations
Provide customer support to clients through Voice and Non-voice
Accurate payment posting in the revenue cycle software provided by the client and generating the invoices
Contact debtors to discuss overdue balances and offer payment solutions.
Handle 40–60 inbound calls daily from current or prospective patients.
Review accounts for potential closure and assist with report preparation.

Required skills & Competencies:

Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Prior experience in BPO, Banking, or Credit Card processes preferred.
Minimum 2+ years of international collections experience (U.S., U.K) is required.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Preference will be given to the candidates having experience in healthcare, Patient calling, soft collections)
Strong customer service skills
