Job Description:We are looking for dynamic and target-driven Collections Executives to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in collections and strong communication skills to handle customers effectively. Key Responsibilities: Manage and follow up on assigned overdue accounts. Contact customers via phone calls, emails, and field visits (if required). Negotiate and ensure timely recovery of dues. Maintain accurate records of interactions and payments. Prepare MIS reports and update management regularly. Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required. Required Qualifications & Skills:Education: 12th Pass (Mandatory), Graduation (Preferred). Experience: Minimum 1 year in collections/recovery. Good communication skills in Hindi & English. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM tools). Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure. Employment Type: Full-time Location: Noida
