Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collection Officer, located in Siliguri. The Collection Officer will be responsible for managing and collecting overdue accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, maintaining accurate records of collection activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves interacting with customers to resolve outstanding balances and prevent future delinquency.

Qualifications

Experience in Debt Collection and Finance
Strong Analytical and Communication skills
Customer Service experience
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent organizational skills
Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
