Job Description

As a Collection Manager in the Commercial Vehicle portfolio, your role involves the following responsibilities: - Managing a team of Collection Associates to ensure efficient Bkt Collection and recovery on Loss on Sale. - Ensuring adequate manpower allocation to meet portfolio coverage as per CAPE norms. - Monitoring and ensuring 100% Mobile App usage, along with updating quality feedback/trails. - Strategically focusing on Non starters and revenue collection to optimize outcomes. - Identifying asset deployment opportunities and conducting meetings with delinquent customers. - Taking necessary legal actions for critical cases and ensuring repossession of assets in compliance with standard operating processes. - Ensuring timely deposition of money without any delays. Your key responsibilities will include: - Achieving collection efficiency targets in a timely manner to meet performance goals. - Implementing effective cost management strategies. - Managing a healthy portfolio to ensure sustainable performance.,
