Job Description

As a Collection Manager in the Auto Loan portfolio, your role involves the following responsibilities: - Managing a team of Collection Associates to ensure efficient Bkt collection and recovery on Loss on Sale. - Ensuring adequate manpower allocation to meet CAPE norms for portfolio coverage. - Monitoring and maintaining 100% mobile app usage, while also ensuring quality feedback/trails are consistently updated. - Focusing specifically on Non starters and revenue collection to optimize performance. - Identifying asset deployment opportunities and conducting meetings with delinquent customers. - Taking necessary legal actions for critical cases and ensuring compliance with standard operating processes for asset repossession without delays. Your key responsibilities include: - Achieving collection efficiency in a timely manner. - Effective management of costs to optimize financial performance. - Understanding and managing a healthy portfolio to drive long-term success.,
