Job Description

As a Collection Manager in the Auto Loan portfolio, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the recovery of Bucket Collections and Loss on Sale. You will be leading a team of Collection Associates, ensuring sufficient manpower to meet portfolio coverage requirements as per CAPE norms. It will be your duty to guarantee 100% Mobile App usage among the team and maintain updated quality feedback and trails. A key focus will be on Non-starters and revenue collection, along with identifying asset deployment strategies and conducting meetings with delinquent customers. You will be responsible for initiating legal actions for critical cases and ensuring that asset repossession is carried out following standard operating procedures without any delays in money deposition. Your role will also involve maintaining collection efficiency in a timely manner, effective cost management, and ensuring a healthy portfolio management.
