Job Title: Collection ExecutiveCompany: Trustpaisa Location: [Specify location / Field & Office-based] Employment Type: Full-time Job SummaryTrustpaisa is seeking a motivated and result-oriented Collection Executive to manage loan repayment collections and maintain healthy customer relationships. The role involves following up with customers, ensuring timely recovery of dues, and adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines. Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers via calls, messages, and field visits to collect overdue payments. Follow up on assigned delinquent accounts and ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payments, and commitments. Educate customers on repayment schedules, penalties, and available resolution options. Negotiate repayment plans while maintaining professionalism and empathy. Escalate critical or high-risk cases to seniors as per process. Ensure strict compliance with RBI guidelines, company policies, and ethical collection practices. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and disputes. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets. Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred). Prior experience in collections, recovery, or BFSI sector is an advantage. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle pressure and work towards targets. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems. Willingness to travel for field collections (if applicable). Customer-focused approach with ethical behavior. Experience0–3 years of experience in collections, recovery, or tele-calling roles. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
