📌 Job Title: Collection Executive📍 Location: Bajaj Capital, 2nd Floor, Market Square Mall, Madiwala, Bangalore 💼 Job Overview We are looking for a responsible and proactive Collection Executive to manage and recover outstanding dues from customers. The role involves regular field visits, customer follow-ups, maintaining repayment records, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining strong customer relationships. This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable with fieldwork, possess good communication skills, and are self-driven. 💰 Salary & Benefits Stipend / Take Home: ₹15,000 per month CTC: Up to ₹25,000 per month Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives 👥 Eligibility Criteria Gender: Male candidates only Education: Minimum 10th Pass Age: 19–35 years Must Have: A bike (mandatory for field visits) Valid driving license 🗣 Language Requirement Candidate must know Kannada (mandatory for field communication) 📘 Key Responsibilities Conduct field visits to collect payments from customers as per the assigned list. Follow-up with customers via calls and visits regarding outstanding dues. Maintain accurate records of daily collections and update the system regularly. Explain repayment details and resolve basic customer queries. Ensure collections are completed within the given timeframes. Escalate cases of non-payment or disputes to the team leader. Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies at all times. ⏱ Work Mode Fully Work from Office + Field Job Daily reporting to office is mandatory. 📌 Additional Terms & Conditions Job posting applicable only for candidates residing within 10 km radius of the location.
