Collection Agent

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Collection Agent. The Collection Agent will be responsible for interacting with customers to recover overdue debt, managing cash collections, and maintaining accurate records of transactions. The role includes building strong customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additional responsibilities involve collaborating with the finance team to meet recovery targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Debt Collection and Cash Collection processes
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Basic understanding and familiarity with Finance concepts
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines while adhering to compliance standards
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in finance or customer service are an advantage
