Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Operations Executive located in Kochi. The Sales Operations Executive will oversee the daily operations of the sales ops team, including managing sales data, analyzing metrics, providing customer service, and ensuring smooth and efficient sales operations. Additional tasks include supporting sales strategies, offering guidance to the sales team, and maintaining a seamless flow of information between different departments. Role Description We are seeking a full-time Relationship Manager for an on-site role located in Kota. The Relationship Manager will manage and nurture client relationships, identify and address client needs, and provide solutions that benefit both the client and the organization. Daily tasks will include meeting with clients, understanding their financial needs, promoting Credit Fair’s lending products, and maintaining documentation and records of client interactions. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
