Manage and maintain user accounts, licenses, and permissions in the Office 365 platform.

Configure and troubleshoot Office 365 applications, including Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Office apps.

Set up and manage Microsoft Teams channels, users, and guest access.

Configure chat, video conferencing, and collaboration features.

Design, implement, and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists.

Manage permissions, content, and versioning within SharePoint.

Implement security best practices and compliance policies for Office 365, Teams, and SharePoint.

Monitor and mitigate security risks and threats.

Integrate third-party applications and services with Office 365, Teams, and SharePoint.

Develop and deploy custom solutions and workflows using SharePoint Designer or Power Platform.

Provide user support and training on Office 365, Teams, and SharePoint functionality.

Create documentation and resources for end-users.

Plan and execute migrations of data and content to Office 365 or SharePoint Online.

Stay informed about updates and new features, coordinating upgrades as needed.

Monitor system performance and optimize configurations for efficiency.

Identify and address performance issues and bottlenecks.

Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices.
