Are you a master of crafting irresistible outreach campaigns Saleshandy is seeking a dynamic Cold Email Specialist to join their team. Saleshandy is dedicated to building a Cold Email Outreach platform that eliminates manual processes and helps companies generate more replies, book more meetings, and generate leads faster. As a Cold Email Specialist at Saleshandy, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing cold email outreach strategies to meet business objectives. You will identify target audiences, segment email lists, and conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences. Your responsibilities will also include creating compelling and personalized cold email copies, developing email templates and sequences tailored to different sales funnel stages, and utilizing cold email marketing tools for automation and campaign management. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing email deliverability and open rates, implementing A/B testing to improve email performance, tracking and analyzing key cold email marketing metrics, generating reports to assess campaign effectiveness, and providing insights for enhancing outreach strategies. Collaboration with sales and marketing teams to align email campaigns with overall marketing goals and maintain consistency across outreach channels will be essential. To be successful in this role, you should possess a customer-focused mindset, have experience in cold outreach (preferably in a SaaS environment), demonstrate a deep understanding of email outreach technical aspects and deliverability, believe in craftsmanship, be detail-oriented, organized, and excel in oral and written communication. Additionally, you should be self-motivated, comfortable with responsibility, uphold high standards of ethics and quality, be a continuous learner, growth-minded, and proficient in cold email marketing platforms.
