Cold Calling Interns

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

• Research, identify, and qualify potential leads.
• Conduct cold calls, emails, and social outreach to initiate contact.
• Follow up on inbound inquiries and schedule meetings.
  

Cold Calling & Sales Support

• Execute high-volume outbound calls.
• Qualify decision-makers and pass promising leads to senior closers.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to improve skills and product knowledge.
  

Pipeline & CRM Management

• Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, lead status, and follow-ups.
• Track leads through the pipeline and assist with basic data analysis.
  

Customer Relationship Support

• Help nurture existing customer relationships to support retention and upsell opportunities.
• Collect customer feedback and coordinate with customer success for smooth handoffs.
  

Professional Development

• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and market developments.
• Apply ongoing coaching to enhance communication and performance.
  

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence
• Comfortable with cold calling, objection handling, and high-volume outreach
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and reliable
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is an asset, but not required
• Reliable internet connection
  

Compensation

• Commission-only:
