Cold Calling Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and performance-driven Cold Calling Executive to support US-based clients through outbound calling and lead generation. The ideal candidate must have exceptional English communication skills, a professional phone presence, and the ability to engage decision-makers effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospects in the US market
• Clearly communicate product or service offerings in fluent, neutral English
• Identify customer needs and qualify leads based on defined criteria
• Generate interest and schedule appointments or follow-ups for the sales team
• Build rapport quickly and maintain a professional, persuasive conversation style
• Handle objections confidently and convert resistance into opportunities
• Accurately update call outcomes, notes, and lead status in CRM systems
• Follow approved call scripts while adapting messaging as needed
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
• Maintain compliance with US calling standards and client guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Very strong verbal communication skills in English (mandatory)
• Fluency in English with clear pronunciation and professional tone
• Proven ability to engage US customers confidently over the phone
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and active listening skills
• Computer savvy with experience using CRM tools, MS Excel, and email systems
• Ability to multitask, manage call volumes, and work under pressure
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset
• Willingness to work in US shifts / night shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, inside sales, or lead generation
• Experience handling US clients or international processes
• Understanding of sales pipelines, lead qualification, and appointment setting
