• ₹10,000/month (Performance Incentives)

Timings: 10 AM – 6 PM

Role Overview

We are hiring a Cold Calling Executive to connect with Directors, CEOs and Senior Decision-Makers, present services confidently, and generate qualified leads for the business team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to senior executives and company heads
• Present company services clearly and professionally
• Understand client requirements and explain suitable solutions
• Maintain call logs, follow-ups and CRM updates
• Schedule meetings between clients and business advisors
• Achieve weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in cold calling, telecalling or B2B lead generation
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi
• Confidence in speaking with senior professionals
• Graduate in any stream (preferred)
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
