Role Overview

We’re hiring an experienced Senior Inside Sales Representative to drive cybersecurity business growth by generating qualified leads, nurturing relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research & qualify high-potential leads using inbound and outbound strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Understand customer pain points and present tailored cybersecurity solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create lead generation and sales strategies.
• Provide feedback on market trends and competitive insights to refine go-to-market plans.
• Educate clients on emerging cybersecurity threats and solution value propositions.
• Manage all sales activities and follow-ups in CRM (e.g., HubSpot); ensure accurate data and timely reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in Inside Sales with 2–3 years in Cybersecurity Sales.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets in competitive markets.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills; ability to simplify technical concepts.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
