Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Executive to expand our international client base for our digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating conversations with prospective clients, identifying their business needs, and setting up qualified appointments for our sales or consulting team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a basic understanding of digital marketing solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients across international markets (primarily US, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.)

• Pitch digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Web Design, etc.) to business owners and decision-makers

• Generate leads and set up appointments or product demos with the sales team

• Maintain detailed records of calls and prospect interactions using CRM tools

• Follow up with leads via phone, email, or LinkedIn

• Stay updated with company services, market trends, and competitor offerings

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies


Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in international cold calling or tele-sales (preferably in digital marketing, IT services, or SaaS)

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

• Ability to handle objections and stay resilient under pressure

• Basic understanding of digital marketing services like SEO, SEM, SMM, etc. (training can be provided)

• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce is a plus

• Comfortable working in target-driven environments

• Willingness to work in flexible shifts to align with international time zones


Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

• Certification or knowledge in digital marketing is a bonus
