Job Description

  • Real-Time Escalation:

    Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales Representatives on complex Google Ads product questions, advanced sales strategies, and difficult client objections.
  • De-escalation & Conflict Resolution:

    The SPE should have the ability to take over a call (angry or difficult customer), calm the customer, and resolve the issue professionally.
  • Performance Coaching:

    Actively monitor outbound calls (live and recorded) to provide actionable feedback. Conduct one-on-one case reviews to fine-tune sales pitches and improve conversion rates.
  • Quality checks:

    Perform quality audits on sales calls, email outreach, and CRM hygiene to ensure compliance, accuracy, and adherence to best practices.
  • Knowledge Management:

    Create and refine knowledge base articles, job aids, and objection-handling matrices based on emerging trends and common agent questions.
  • Nesting & Ramp-Up:

    Provide dedicated "floor-walking" support and intensive mentoring for new hires during their nesting period to accelerate their ramp-up.
  • AI Integration:

    Leverage AI-powered tools to analyze sales call data, identify team-wide performance trends, and spot coaching opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Communication:

    They act as the on-the-ground link between the agents and leadership. They need to clearly communicate trends, agent feedback, and emerging issues to Team Leaders, Trainers, and Operations Managers.
  • Process Improvement Identification:

    SPEs need to spot negative trends or process gaps and help enhance processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum

    2 years of proven experience as an SPE

    in a sales or digital marketing environment.

OR

  • Outbound Sales Proficiency:

    Demonstrated mastery of outbound sales methodologies, including cold-calling, prospecting, and navigating gatekeepers.
  • Google Ads Proficiency:

    Expert-level, practical knowledge of the Google Ads platform (Search, Display, Shopping, pMax, etc.).
  • AI Proficiency:

    Proficient in using conversation intelligence platforms (e.g., Gong) and other AI-powered sales enablement tools to analyze performance.
  • Communication Skills:

    Exceptional verbal and written communication with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Coaching & Mentorship:

    A natural mentor with the ability to build trust and provide constructive feedback that drives behavioral change.
  • Analytical Skills:

    Ability to use call data and sales metrics to identify performance gaps and measure the impact of coaching.
  • Certifications:

    Google Ads Certifications are highly preferred.
