Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for Co-Founder or Chief Financial Officer with Investment responsibilities. The CFO will oversee strategic financial planning, analyze and interpret financial data, prepare and present financial statements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Additional responsibilities include developing financial reporting structures, conducting investment analysis, and identifying opportunities to optimize financial performance. The CFO will collaborate with leadership to shape the financial strategy and support business growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance-related decision-making processes
• Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and ensuring their accuracy
• Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Expertise in Financial Reporting and compliance with global standards
• Strategic thinking and leadership capabilities
• Prior experience in financial roles involving investment planning is a plus
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
