Co-Founder


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth through client acquisition and partnerships.
  • Oversee recruitment operations, candidate sourcing, and HR processes.
  • Build and lead a strong delivery team for staffing projects.
  • Set up scalable systems, automation, and processes.
  • Manage finances, P&L, and investor relations (if applicable).
  • Represent the company as a thought leader in staffing and HR solutions.


Requirements

  • Strong network with clients (IT, Marketing, Sales, Startups preferred).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with risk-taking ability.
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms, ATS, and HR tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to dedicate time, energy, and intent to scale the venture.
