Who I am Looking For I am seeking a Co-Founder with entrepreneurial spirit and proven experience in staffing, HR, or business development. Key Responsibilities Drive business growth through client acquisition and partnerships. Oversee recruitment operations, candidate sourcing, and HR processes. Build and lead a strong delivery team for staffing projects. Set up scalable systems, automation, and processes. Manage finances, P&L, and investor relations (if applicable). Represent the company as a thought leader in staffing and HR solutions. Requirements Strong network with clients (IT, Marketing, Sales, Startups preferred).
