Job Summary:

We are looking for passionate *Coding Instructors* who can make programming fun and easy to understand for children. The ideal candidate should have good technical knowledge, a love for teaching, and the ability to create an engaging learning environment online.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct live online coding classes for children (age group 6–16 years).

* Teach coding concepts using platforms like *Scratch, Python, HTML/CSS, JavaScript*, etc.

* Prepare and follow structured lesson plans and ensure active participation in class.

* Track student performance and share feedback with parents when needed.

* Coordinate with the operations and academic teams for scheduling and updates.

Requirements:

* Strong understanding of programming fundamentals (Scratch, Python, or Web Development).

* Excellent communication skills in English.

* Prior experience in online or offline teaching is a plus.

* Ability to handle children patiently and make learning enjoyable.

* Laptop/PC with a stable internet connection and a quiet teaching environment.

* Flexible availability (especially during evening and weekend hours).
