Coding Instructor

About the Role:

We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic educators to join our team as Coding Instructor for students in the K–12 segment (Grades 1–12). The primary responsibility is to deliver high-quality, engaging, and interactive lessons in-person, helping students develop strong foundations in coding and computational thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach coding in a clear, interesting, and engaging way to K–12 students in a physical classroom setup.
• Deliver content across different formats to support various product offerings and learning objectives.
• Innovate and suggest creative methods to teach concepts and solve problems to enhance learning outcomes.
• Conduct research to ensure concepts are taught in the most effective and age-appropriate manner.
• Take ownership of lesson delivery from ideation to execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (mandatory).
• Passion for teaching coding to children is a must.
• Must have knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Block Coding, Python, Java, C, etc.).
• 1-2 years of teaching experience preferred, though freshers with strong teaching potential are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability to dynamic classroom needs and evolving curriculum.
• A growth mindset with a keen interest in continuous learning.
• Proficiency in English to teach students from diverse backgrounds.
• Willingness to travel to the assigned teaching location.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in content or curriculum development.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
