Job Summary:

Roboprenr is looking for enthusiastic and tech-savvy individuals to join our team as Coding Instructors. In this role, you will teach coding to students through online platforms and guide them in hands-on learning using kits and tools provided by the company. Ideal candidates should be passionate about teaching, open to learning, and excited about robotics and technology.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. You will be teaching the learners aged 8 to 18 with the skills and knowledge needed to excel as coding innovators.

2. Keep tracking of student’s learning plans.

3. Proficiency in communication and Teaching Skills and knowledge.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Conduct engaging and effective Coding sessions for school and college level students.

2. Deliver sessions online.

3. Provide feedback to students & parents to explain the progress & bridge any learning gap.

4.Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to both students and guardians.

5. Inspire learners to participate in competitions and build strong academic foundations.

6. Adjust teaching methods based on student performance and learning styles.

7. Maintain attendance, class records, and performance reports.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

• Education: B.Tech/B.E., B.Sc/M.Sc in Computer science Engineering or MCA
• Experience:Both experienced and freshers with subject expertise are encouraged to apply.
• Contract Duration: 12 months post empaneled as instructor (Renewable based)

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Passion for coding, STEM education, and working with students.

2. Strong communication and presentation skills.

3. Basic understanding of coding.

4. Comfortable with using online teaching platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).

5. Reliable internet connection and a working computer/laptop.

6. Prior teaching or mentoring experience is a plus but not mandatory.

WHAT WE OFFER:

• Free comprehensive training for 3-4 weeks to prepare for teaching and the screening process. Post training assessment will be conducted. Once an instructor clears the assessment, he/she will be empaneled and they can start taking classes.

• Earn remuneration from Rs 30000 to Rs 1 lakh per month.

PAYOUT:

Payouts will be based on the number of students in a class. Each class duration is of 2 hours.

During Hours (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM)

1. First Student: ₹200 per hour

2. Each Additional Student: ₹100 per student (Maximum 5 students per batch)

Night Hours (8:00 PM - 8:00 AM)

1. First Student: ₹300 per hour

2. Each Additional Student: ₹150 per student (Maximum 5 students per batch)

Note 1: No classes will be started between 1:00 AM to 5:00 AM IST.

Note 2: Overlapping timings will be prorated

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹11,221.60 - ₹46,437.94 per month

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
