Job Title: Aerospace Research Associate/ Instructor (0–2 Years Experience) Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-Time Department: Aerospace Research & Curriculum Development About the Role We are looking for a passionate Aerospace Research Associate to join our team in developing hands-on, curriculum-based learning content around drones, rockets, UAVs, and satellite technology for school and college students. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of aerospace fundamentals and hands-on experience in model rocket and drone building. The role involves 70% research and 30% instructor work, with an emphasis on creating engaging, practical educational content. Key Responsibilities Research Research and design small-scale rockets, drones, and satellite models suitable for student learning and classroom demonstrations. Develop experiments, project kits, and educational prototypes to support learning objectives. Analyze technical concepts and translate them into simplified, age-appropriate educational material. Contribute to the development of project-based curriculum for UAVs, rocketry, and space systems. Teaching & Training Conduct sessions for students, demonstration of work/ courses (online or offline). Work with the content team to prepare video scripts, lesson plans, and training guides. Mentor interns and assist in faculty training related to drone and rocket projects. Provide feedback during live sessions to improve learner experience and understanding. Requirements Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering.. Experience 0–2 years of hands-on experience with drone or model rocketry building and testing. Familiarity with UAV basics, propulsion systems, aerodynamics, and flight stability. Experience creating or supporting STEM-based learning environments is a plus Skills Strong foundation in core aerospace principles tailored to beginner and intermediate learners. Job Summary: Roboprenr is looking for enthusiastic and tech-savvy individuals to join our team as Part Time Robotics Instructors. In this role, you will teach robotics to students through online platforms and guide them in hands-on learning using kits and tools provided by the company. Ideal candidates should be passionate about teaching, open to learning, and excited about robotics and technology. JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. You will be teaching the learners aged 8 to 18 with the skills and knowledge needed to excel as robotics innovators. 2. Keep tracking of student’s learning plans. 3. Proficiency in communication and Teaching Skills and knowledge. RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Conduct engaging and effective Robotics sessions for school and college level students. 2. Deliver sessions online and/or offline (based in HSR Layout, Bangalore). 3. Provide feedback to students & parents to explain the progress & bridge any learning gap. 4.Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to both students and guardians. 5. Inspire learners to participate in competitions and build strong academic foundations. 6. Adjust teaching methods based on student performance and learning styles. 7. Maintain attendance, class records, and performance reports. Eligibility Criteria: 1. Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, Robotics, Mechatronics, or related fields. 2. Experience:Both experienced and freshers with subject expertise are encouraged to apply. 3. Contract Duration: 12 months (Renewable based on performance and institutional requirements). 4. Communication: Must have strong communication and teaching skill. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Passion for robotics, STEM education, and working with students. 2. Strong communication and presentation skills. 3. Basic understanding of robotics, electronics, or coding. 4. Comfortable with using online teaching platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet). 5.
