About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Aerospace Research Associate to join our team in developing hands-on, curriculum-based learning content around drones, rockets, UAVs, and satellite technology for school and college students. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of aerospace fundamentals and hands-on experience in model rocket and drone building. The role involves 70% research and 30% instructor work, with an emphasis on creating engaging, practical educational content.

Key Responsibilities

Research

• Research and design small-scale rockets, drones, and satellite models suitable for student learning and classroom demonstrations.
• Develop experiments, project kits, and educational prototypes to support learning objectives.
• Analyze technical concepts and translate them into simplified, age-appropriate educational material.
• Contribute to the development of project-based curriculum for UAVs, rocketry, and space systems.

Teaching & Training

• Conduct sessions for students, demonstration of work/ courses (online or offline).
• Work with the content team to prepare video scripts, lesson plans, and training guides.
• Mentor interns and assist in faculty training related to drone and rocket projects.
• Provide feedback during live sessions to improve learner experience and understanding.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering..

Experience

• 0–2 years of hands-on experience with drone or model rocketry building and testing.
• Familiarity with UAV basics, propulsion systems, aerodynamics, and flight stability.
• Experience creating or supporting STEM-based learning environments is a plus

Skills

• Strong foundation in core aerospace principles tailored to beginner and intermediate learners.
• Experience with open-source simulation or educational tools.
• Comfortable explaining complex concepts in simple, engaging language.
• Strong communication skills with a learner-first mindset.
• Enthusiastic about research, innovation, and inspiring young minds.

Salary Range:₹3-4LPA
