Coding Instructor

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Classroom Delivery & Program Implementation

• Deliver WizKlubs structured Coding & Robotics curriculum to students (K–9).
  
• Teach programming fundamentals, algorithms, problem-solving, and robotics basics.
  
• Encourage students to work on coding projects, robotics activities, and competitions.
  
• Build an engaging, creative, and collaborative learning environment.
  

2. School Timings & Session Management

• Follow school working hours, timetable, and academic calendar strictly.
  
• Ensure punctuality and complete all sessions as planned.
  
• Represent WizKlub professionally at the partner school in

  Chennai

  .

3. Student Management & Training

• Maintain accurate student attendance, performance, and progress records.
  
• Complete WizKlub Instructor Certification and stay updated with program tools, hardware, and curriculum.
  
• Deliver lessons clearly and ensure every student understands key concepts.
  

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Provide timely session updates to the school and WizKlub team.
  
• Maintain attendance sheets, performance data, and all required documentation.
  
• Track student scores and share progress updates with stakeholders.
  

5. Performance Assessment

• Monitor and record student performance after every session.
  
• Prepare monthly performance reports for parents and school authorities.
  
• Ensure student progress cards are regularly updated and communicated.
  

6. Program Visibility & Engagement

• Participate in PTMs, orientations, school events, expos, and competitions.
  
• Promote student participation in coding challenges and robotics activities.
  
• Support overall student learning outcomes and engagement.
  

7. Communication & Stakeholder Coordination

• Maintain regular communication with parents, school coordinators, and WizKlub teams.
  
• Escalate issues promptly for smooth program execution.
  
• Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of the program.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, STEM, or related fields (preferred).
  
• Prior teaching experience in Coding, Robotics, STEM, or Computer Science (K–12) is highly desirable.
  
• Strong understanding of Scratch, block-based coding, Python, or similar programming tools.
  
• Familiarity with robotics kits, sensors, controllers, and STEM learning hardware.
  
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for young learners.
  
• Comfortable working full-time in a
