Job Description

Act as a
mentor and coach
for Quantum Leap participants, guiding them through project execution.
Support participants in
idea validation, problem-solving, and benefit realization
.
Review A3s, project milestones, and provide structured feedback.
Conduct
coaching clinics, 1:1 sessions, and group mentoring
to support learning adoption.
Collaborate with the
program team and Learning Program Lead
to ensure seamless participant support.
Support Learning and content development
Measure
project impact, engagement levels, and coaching effectiveness
.

Qualifications & Skills:

8+ years experience
in coaching, business transformation, or operational excellence.
Strong knowledge and experience of One or more of these areas-
Lean Six Sigma,AI, Data Analytics and Data driven Decision manking, Risk Management
.

Experience in
mentoring, training, and guiding professionals in a project environment
.
Excellent
stakeholder management, facilitation, and analytical skills
.
