Co-ordinator & billing engineer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Co-ordinator and Billing Engineer with 2–3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, tracking project budgets, managing bills, verifying quantities, and ensuring timely invoicing and certification of works.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Duties:

• Prepare and update BOQ (Bill of Quantities) based on drawings and specifications.
• Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements.
• Assist in cost estimation and tendering processes.
• Monitor and control project costs to ensure alignment with budgets.
• Maintain records of variations and prepare change orders.

2. Billing and Invoicing:

• Prepare client bills/invoices as per the contract terms and site progress.
• Prepare subcontractor bills and verify their measurements and quantities.
• Reconcile quantities with client representatives and consultants.
• Ensure proper documentation for all billing activities.
• Assist in monthly MIS reports and cash flow projections.

3. Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records of cost data, measurements, and billing documentation.
• Support project audits with all necessary documentation and cost justifications.
• Generate reports related to project cost, budget variances, and billing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• 2–3 years of experience in a site co-ordination, QS and Billing role in a construction or infrastructure firm.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, measurement techniques, and billing formats.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, and billing software (e.g., ERP, Candy, SAP – if applicable).
• Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
