Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Co-founder (Sales & Marketing) based in Bhubaneswar. The Co-founder will lead sales and marketing initiatives, focusing on identifying market opportunities, devising strategies, and driving customer acquisition. Responsibilities include developing go-to-market plans, nurturing client relationships, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with other teams to align sales and marketing efforts with overall business objectives. The individual will play a critical role in scaling the company's revenue while contributing to its mission and long-term vision.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales and Marketing, with experience in strategizing and executing customer acquisition campaigns.
  • Highly developed Analytical Skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional Communication skills for client relations, team collaboration, and conveying the company’s vision to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Research and the ability to derive insights that inform decision-making and strategy.
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced startup environment, along with entrepreneurial drive and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience or knowledge of climate-tech, ESG frameworks, or related industries is considered a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
