Role Description

This is a full-time/part-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder/Partner located in New Delhi with some work-from-home flexibility. We are seeking a Co-Founder/Partner who can bring investment of 5-10 lacs to support the expansion of operations and contribute strategic insights. Additionally, the Co-Founder/Partner will establish and maintain partnerships and drive the company's growth and expansion into new markets.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking abilities and experience in developing business strategies
• Leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Previous experience in the metal trading industry is advantageous
