Role Description This is a full-time/part-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder/Partner located in New Delhi with some work-from-home flexibility. We are seeking a Co-Founder/Partner who can bring investment of 5-10 lacs to support the expansion of operations and contribute strategic insights. Additionally, the Co-Founder/Partner will establish and maintain partnerships and drive the company's growth and expansion into new markets. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills Strategic thinking abilities and experience in developing business strategies Leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field; MBA is a plus Previous experience in the metal trading industry is advantageous
