Role & responsibilities

The Co-founder / Business Head will work closely with the owner to run the entire business from operations to revenue generation and will be accountable for P&L, growth, and strategy.

The Individual should bring entrepreneurial thinking, take ownership, and drive the company with long-term commitment and alignment with company vision.

Reponsibilities:

• Take full charge of day-to-day business operations.
• Plan and execute business strategies for growth and profitability.
• Manage P&L, revenue targets, and budgets.
• Identify and build new business opportunities in Carbon Credits and related markets.
• Build and lead teams to deliver business goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure business compliance with all legal and statutory requirements.
• Work with the owner on long-term vision, expansion plans, and investor relations.

Entrepreneurial thinker talks like a business owner, not a job seeker.
Strategic yet willing to be hands-on.Long-term vision alignment; not looking for short-term gains.Comfortable to work with Start-ups and being accountable for profits, losses, and growth.
