Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow for a Co-founder with Investment. The Co-founder will play a pivotal role in driving company growth by contributing both strategic insight and financial investment. Responsibilities include analyzing business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, leading marketing and sales initiatives, and shaping strategic decision-making. The Co-founder will also lead the effort to secure further partnerships and expansion opportunities while ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Possess strong Analytical Skills to evaluate business opportunities and make data-driven decisions
• Effective Communication skills, including interpersonal and negotiation abilities, to engage with stakeholders and build successful partnerships
• Experience in Sales and Marketing with a proven ability to drive revenue and business growth
• Proficiency in Research for market analysis, industry trends, and identifying investment and expansion opportunities
• Strategic leadership experience with a focus on long-term vision and sustainable business practices
• Familiarity with the construction, infrastructure, or real estate industries is a strong advantage
• Ability to dedicate both time and financial resources to the company's growth and success
