Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-founder with Investment at Dubu Bakery, located in Lucknow. The Co-founder will be responsible for strategic planning, driving sales and marketing efforts, and overseeing day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include coordinating with different teams, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Co-founder will also handle budget management, business development, and growth initiatives.

• Excellent Communication and Sales skills
• Proficient in Marketing strategies and execution
• Previous entrepreneurial experience and investment capability are highly desirable
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Experience in the bakery or food industry is a plus
