Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a School Counselor located in Lucknow. The School Counselor will be responsible for providing comprehensive counseling services to students, including individual and group counseling sessions. Day-to-day tasks include addressing academic, career, and personal/social development needs, implementing mental health strategies, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and administrators to foster a supportive school environment.

Qualifications

• Student Counseling, Counseling, and Career Counseling skills
• Background in Psychology and Mental Health
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with educational staff and parents
• Professional certification or relevant experience in school counseling is preferred
• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
