Roles and Responsibilities: Vision & Strategy: Co-founders will collaboratively shape the company's vision, mission, and strategic direction. Setting ambitious goals and milestones for the company's growth and success. Product Development: Direct involvement in the development and enhancement of our company's product. Bringing technical expertise to drive innovation and ensure product excellence. Marketing & Branding: Lead overall marketing and branding efforts to effectively promote our product. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness and user engagement. Networking & Public Relations: Represent the company at events, conferences, and public engagements. Build strong relationships with potential customers, partners, and industry influencers. Decision Making: Active participation in major decision-making processes. Providing valuable input on critical matters affecting the company's direction. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Proven experience in software development and a strong grasp of full-stack development and good working understanding of ML/AI/Blockchain Technology Leadership: Previous leadership roles in technology and a track record of successfully guiding technical teams. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a start-up environment. Strong vision for short and long-term growth and sustainability of business relationships. Ability to strategize and deliver upon that strategy with contingencies in place. Product Development: Proficiency in developing and maintaining web and mobile applications, including experience with front-end and back-end technologies.
