Role Overview: As a Co-Founder & Partner at ExoTalent, you will be responsible for heading the overall operations of the company across India, the Middle East, and new global markets. This strategic investor-cofounder role offers equity and revenue share, making it ideal for a seasoned leader who has a track record of building and scaling recruitment businesses and is prepared to co-own the growth of a high-potential talent-tech venture. Key Responsibilities: - Business Leadership & P&L: Take ownership of and drive the end-to-end P&L for ExoTalent in India, the Middle East, and international markets. - Operations Management: Lead large-scale RPO delivery teams to ensure speed, quality, and client satisfaction. - Growth & Expansion: Scale ExoTalent's presence in the Middle East and other new geographies, while establishing strong client relationships with CHROs, CEOs, and boards. - AI-Driven Transformation: Collaborate with the CTO and analytics team to implement AI-led hiring, mapping, and automation solutions in client delivery. - Investor Role: Invest in the business as an equity partner, with returns through equity value creation and revenue share. - Leadership Building: Mentor and grow delivery, sales, and client success teams across different regions. - Strategic Partnerships: Drive alliances with global and regional enterprises to expand ExoTalent's reach and market share. Qualifications Required: - 15-25 years of experience in talent acquisition, RPO, executive search, or HR-tech operations. - Proven track record in leading large-scale recruitment operations across various geographies. - Strong business acumen with previous P&L ownership experience. - Extensive networks with CHROs, CEOs, and business leaders in India and the Middle East. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to invest and contribute as a co-founder. - Passion for AI, technology-led recruitment, and global business scaling.
